Shipping and Returns
Payment All customers can make their payments by credit / debit card, by sending this payment via our secure payment partners Google Checkout and PayPal. Google Checkout and PayPal are both secure, recognised and popular ways of paying for goods over the internet. Your credit / debit card details remain secure via encrypted pages with them, and will never be seen or stored by us. If you are a customer in the United Kingdom, you can also make your payment by cheque (clearance required before purchase is sent out), details will be provided at checkout.
Orders UK BUYERS - When you place an order you will receive an email notification to that affect. Postage and packaging is only £4.95* however many items you purchase. *subject to change
OVERSEAS ORDERS - Please contact us for a quote for shipping if your country is not listed with details of the pieces you are interested in. We currently ship to USA & Canada, Australia, New Zealand and certain parts of Europe. An estimation of your shipping costs will be provided at checkout. In the unlikely event of an overcharge re these costs, that amount will be refunded. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the purchasers' responsibility so check with your countrys' customs office to inform yourself of any additional costs your may be liable to prior to buying your chosen item/s.
Sometimes in order to save you high postage costs we will send your items out to you in more than one parcel, we will inform you if this is the case.
Standard Delivery Times UK CUSTOMERS - We aim to send pieces out within 3 days of your payment, but please allow up to 7 days for delivery. OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS - Delivery times for European orders 5 - 7 days and all other destinations 10 -14 days. During holiday times such as Christmas or Easter please allow extra time for delivery and also to avoid disappointment please place your orders in good time.
Returns Policy We are certain you will be happy with your purchase. If you have any questions about the item(s) you are ordering, please use the contact form or email us before placing your order. If that rare occasion arises where you feel you must return an item, please contact us for return instructions within three (3) days of receipt of your item(s). Upon our receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will issue a refund for your item(s) if returned in the same condition as it was when it was sent to you excluding any shipping or postage costs for which you were responsible. Returned purchases must be received by us within seven (7) days from our UK Customers and ten (10) days from overseas. Packaging We try to recycle clean packaging and parcels to work with and not against the environment.
VAT The Country Dormouse is not VAT registered, therefore VAT is not applied.
